Pet Policy

Pet Policy:

 
Each home is allowed up to two pets. There is a weight restriction of a single or combined weight of 70 pounds for pets. Documentation from a veterinarian verifying current rabies shot, breed and weight information, along with a photo of your pet must be uploaded via Petscreening. Pet Rent varies from $25-$35/mo.

 

Restricted Breeds:

Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully Breeds, Rottweiler,

German Shepherd, Doberman, Chow Chow, Boxers, Olde English Bulldogs, Presa Canario,

Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Huskies, and Mastiff.

 
(Cannot be mixed with any of the breeds listed above as well).
